Atlantis is absoutley worth it for someone of any age. We stayed at the cove and it was quiet, quite relaxing, and I would consider it luxurious. Any of the other towers except the reef is likely to be louder and more chaotic due to the price and proximity to restraunts, entertainment, and casino.

They set you up with a wetsuit and a snorkel/mask before going out (snorkel and mask you get to keep). There was a lot of swimming involved between the different stations so being a good swimmer is key. We were exhausted after so we went back to our ship and skipped the Atlantis waterpark.
